Romanesco is a hybrid between cauliflower and broccoli. It is light green and has a strange shape, which reminds of a flower. Its caloric content is very low and contains vitamins A, B and C apart from fibre. It can be eaten fried, raw, boiled, in rice, etc. Its flavour and smell are softer than the cauliflower’s.
